"Welcome to The Hopestead! Your reservation means the world to us, and we're
dedicated to making your stay special and memorable.

Here are some important details:

HOURS:

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Please give us a call to arrange for early or late check-in.

Check-out: 11:00 AM
A late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and pending other reservations for the day.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Breakfast is served at 8:30 AM unless prior arrangements are made.

RATES:
Rates exclude state or local taxes and are subject to change, especially during peak periods.

Accommodations are based on double occupancy.

PAYMENT:
Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
95% refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

50% refund for cancellations made 8 or more days before arrival.

No refunds for cancellations made after that.

No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation, and early departures forfeit payment.

NO's:
No Pets. However, trained service animals are welcome per ADA requirements.

No Smoking or Vaping indoors. Designated outdoor areas are available.

*A $250.00 cleaning fee for smoking or vaping indoors will be charged.
